Pour toute commande personnalisée, un devis sera établi au préalable par mail ou sera précisé par téléphone.
En revanche, pour les bijoux disponibles en stock sur le site Altisfáin, les prix sont garantis et ne changeront pas.

Le site peut être actualisé et certaines collections de bijoux seront amenées à ne plus figurer en photos.

Il vous sera proposer toutes les collection Altisfáin avec un choix plus élargi de moyens de paiements, notamment le paiement par carte bancaire.  De plus, ce site est proposé en langue anglaise avec descriptions détaillées de chaque création.

Droit de rétractation

L’acheteur en ligne dispose d’un délai légal de 14 jours à compter de la réception du produit pour exercer son droit de rétractation et se faire rembourser.
Un formulaire de droit de rétractation sera envoyé par mail à l’acheteur lors de la commande afin de faciliter la démarche en cas de non satisfaction.
Dans le cas où le client exerce son droit de rétractation ou dénonce le contrat pour non-respect du délai de livraison ou d’exécution, le vendeur doit le rembourser dans un délai de 14 jours.

Ce remboursement est applicable pour les bijoux en stock sur le site Altisfáin MAIS n’est pas applicable pour les produits personnalisés (fabriqués pour le client, à ses mesures spécifiques ou d’après ses indications, croquis).
Si le bijou ne vous convenait pas, n’hésitez pas à me contacter au plus vite pour trouver un arrangement (échange, transformation, etc…).

Garantie

Je réalise des bijoux dans un soucis de qualité. Ils sont :

• en laiton, alliage de cuivre et de zinc non allergisant et sans nickel
• en inox, sans nickel et ne se ternie pas

Images non contractuelles

En raison de leurs modes de fabrication à la main, les détails des bijoux proposés sur le site Altisfáin peuvent varier (par exemple sur le jeu de fils de laiton, sur le travail de ciselure…).
Je ne peux reproduire a l’identique un modèle mais je resterai dans le même esprit.

Ouverture du site

Je peux être amenée à fermer le site Altisfáin ou suspendre les commandes 1 ou 2 mois par an pour pouvoir participer à des salons, des fêtes médiévales, des expositions.
Un calendrier de ces dates sera à consulter sur le site et vous serez prévenu auparavant.
Cela sera indiqué très clairement plusieurs semaines à l’avance. Toutes les commandes effectuées auparavant seront évidemment livrées à temps et le suivi continuera d’être effectué par mail ou par téléphone.

Price and payment
Prices are quoted excluding postage.
For any personalized order, a quote will be established in advance by mail or will be specified by phone.
On the other hand, for the jewels available in stock on the Altisfáin website, the prices are guaranteed and will not change.

The site can be updated and some jewelry collections will be no longer in photos.

Right to retract
The online buyer has a legal period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise his right of withdrawal and be reimbursed.

I make jewels in a concern of quality. They are :

• brass, non-allergenic, nickel-free copper and zinc alloy
• stainless steel, nickel free and not tarnished

Non-contractual images
Because of their handmade manufacturing methods, the details of the jewelry offered on the Altisfàin site can vary (for example on the brass wire set, on the carving work …).
I can not exactly reproduce a model but I will stay in the same spirit.

Opening of the site
I may have to close the Altisfàin site or suspend orders 1 or 2 months a year to participate in exhibitions, medieval festivals, exhibitions.
A calendar of these dates will be consulted on the site and you will be warned before.
