La rose des sables est une roche \u00e9vaporitique form\u00e9e par la cristallisation lenticulaire de min\u00e9raux solubles, et dont la disposition rappelle les p\u00e9tales d’une rose.
\nLa formation des roses des sables provient de l’\u00e9vaporation d’eau infiltr\u00e9e. Ces cristallisations d’origine physico-chimique sont tr\u00e8s souvent rencontr\u00e9es dans les terrains tendres (sable, argile), principalement dans les d\u00e9serts.
\nLe principal min\u00e9ral concern\u00e9 par ce processus est le gypse ; mais des roses des sables peuvent aussi \u00eatre compos\u00e9es d’autres min\u00e9raux, comme la baryte. <\/strong><\/p>\n

The sand rose is an evaporite rock formed by the lenticular crystallization of soluble minerals, and whose arrangement recalls the petals of a rose.<\/span> The formation of sand roses comes from the evaporation of infiltrated water.<\/span> These crystallizations of physicochemical origin are very often encountered in soft soils (sand, clay), mainly in deserts.<\/span> The main mineral involved in this process is gypsum;<\/span> but sand roses can also be composed of other minerals, such as barite.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n
